| Curious about how I will be
cleaning your homes tile and grout. Below you will find a step by step
guide to my cleaning process. If you still have any questions please do
not hesitate to call or email me. |
 |
Step 1 : Vacuuming
If necessary your tiled area is thoroughly vacuumed to remove large
loose particles of dirt, dust and debris. |
 |
Step 2 : Pre-spray
Your tile and grout is pre-sprayed with an all natural cleaning solution
to break down soil and grease. The solution is allowed to dwell to give it
time to absorb the soil. |
 |
Step 3 : Hand Scrubbing
I then hand scrub all of the grout lines with a grout brush to loosen and
emulsify any soil, dirt or grease. This is a time consuming step often
skipped by other cleaners. |
 |
Step 4 : High Pressure
Rinse
Next I extract the cleaning solution with a high powered rinse using a
tool called a Turbo. The tool is a self contained pressure washer cleaning
the tile and grout at 600 to 900 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch). It safely
powers away years of soil buildup. |
 |
Step 5 : Drying
The last step is drying of the tile and grout. I use powerful carpet fan
to get the floor dry fast. So fast that you can walk on it immediately
after I finish cleaning. There is almost no downtime. |
