Carpet Cleaning Prices

($90 Minimum Charge)
Standard Service: Includes pre-vacuuming, pre-spray, light furniture moving, spot cleaning, hot water extraction,speed drying and 30 Day Guarantee. No hidden charges.

  • 2 Rooms & Hall – $79.
  • 3 Rooms & Hall – $119.
  • 4 Rooms & Hall – $159.
  • 5 Rooms & Hall – $199.
  • 6 Rooms & Hall – $239.
  • 7 Rooms & Hall – $279.
  • Additional Rooms – $40.
  • Additional Halls/Baths- $10.

*Combo living/dining rooms are counted as two rooms. Rooms larger than 275 square feet may be counted as two rooms.
*Stairs are considered a room.

Upholstery Cleaning Prices

($90 Minimum Charge)
Standard Service: Includes cleaning of all fabric on upholstered furniture and cushions of the same material.

  • Sectional $119-$199.
  • Dining Chair $19.

Tile & Grout Cleaning Prices

($90 Minimum Charge)
Standard Service: Includes pre-spray, hand scrubbing of the grout lines and a high pressure steam rinse.

  • Cleaning: $.75 per square foot.

 

Deodorizing Prices

(Plus The Cost Of Cleaning)

Standard Service: Includes a deodorizer in the pre-spray and a post cleaning application of deodorizer.

  • $10 per room.
